  • 1 Occupant: $24,300 to $38,850 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 2 Occupants: $27,800 to $44,400 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 3 Occupants: $31,250 to $49,950 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 4 Occupants: $34,700 to $55,500 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 5 Occupants: $37,500 to $59,950 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 6 Occupants: $40,300 to $64,400 maximum annual household income on select units.

Security Deposits:

  • Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (all unit sizes)
  • Refundable Pet Deposit: $100 per pet (two pets per household, breed and weight restrictions apply)
  • Non-refundable Pet Fee: $100 per pet (restrictions apply)
  • Non-refundable Application Fee: $25 per adult
